Terms & Conditions — 88fs Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88fs ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 88fs online betting and casino information platform, accessible at https://88fs.cam and any associated applications or services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise engaging with any service offered through 88fs, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

88fs is an English-language platform oriented towards the Pakistan market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. 88fs does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 88fs, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator and/or the applicable licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 88fs or any associated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold more than one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all affected accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. Any change in circumstances must be communicated to 88fs promptly.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 88fs will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 88fs immediately via the support channels set out in Section 16. You should also change your password immediately.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of the Platform's compliance obligations, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may also be triggered by certain account activity thresholds or at the Platform's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method where required for transaction verification purposes.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request from 88fs may result in Account suspension and potential withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is concluded.

All deposits to an 88fs Account must be made using payment methods approved and displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. Deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

88fs may reference certain payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of payment rails that users in Pakistan may recognise. Such references do not constitute a representation that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 88fs or any gambling activity. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and displayed within the cashier at time of transaction.
• Deposits may be subject to identity verification checks before being credited to an Account balance.
• 88fs is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank, payment wallet provider or other third-party financial intermediary.
• All balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual settlement currency may vary per operator policy.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and internal compliance review. 88fs reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request.

6.1 Processing Times

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method category, account verification status and the time of day at which a request is submitted. Indicative processing windows are provided within the Platform's payment information pages for reference only and do not constitute guaranteed timelines. 88fs does not guarantee instant or same-day processing on any withdrawal category.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method verified as held in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and displayed within the cashier section.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed from an Account if a withdrawal request is made before requirements are satisfied, unless stated otherwise in bonus-specific terms.
• 88fs reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud prevention obligations.

From time to time, 88fs may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Users who satisfy the conditions stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and become withdrawable only after applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game or bet types will be stated in each offer's specific terms. Games or bet types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unplayed bonus credit and associated winnings will be removed from an Account on expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• 88fs reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus conditions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. 88fs reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 88fs does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest technical error in odds, lines or game outcomes, 88fs reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to their pre-bet position.
• Live (in-play) bets are placed at the User's own risk given the dynamic nature of in-play pricing. Network latency or connectivity issues do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• All casino games offered through the Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. The Platform's displayed RTP and house edge figures are theoretical and actual outcomes will vary.
• Sports results and game outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting authority, match officials or certified random number generator (RNG) as applicable. The Platform's determination of settlement is final subject to manifest error provisions.

References to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC on this Platform are made for contextual and informational purposes only. 88fs has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement arrangement with PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, any football governing body or any combat sports organisation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, including through the use of another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Colluding with other users, employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events available on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy or other means.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

88fs is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly within your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after playing for a defined duration, helping you manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the account settings panel or via the support team.

All content on the 88fs Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, game interfaces and page layouts — is the property of 88fs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 88fs.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform — including those of third-party sports organisations, payment providers and game studios — are the property of their respective owners and are used for contextual reference only. No affiliation, partnership or endorsement is claimed or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fs, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, whether arising out of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if 88fs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88fs's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 88fs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

88fs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A User's self-exclusion request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notification from a third-party responsible gambling scheme to which 88fs is connected.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

A User may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 88fs support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to any pending withdrawals or open bets being resolved first.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its relevant gaming or e-commerce licence, as disclosed in the Platform's official licensing information.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88fs provides no assurance that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

88fs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 88fs will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued access to and use of the Platform following the notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
